Any customization is best discussed before placing your order to assure it is possible on the particular frame you are wanting.  Please contact us to initiate this discussion.

How long does the ordering process take?

Orders are currently taking an average of 16-20 weeks to fulfill.  Circumstances related to Covid, increased volume demands on shipping couriers, and national and international holidays contribute to the processing time.

What are your shipping fees?

We ship our frames within the continental United States for a flat fee of $55.  This price automatically includes insurance on your frame in case it is lost or damaged in the shipping process.

Parts, apparel, and other non-frame items will ship for a nominal fee which will be specified during the checkout process or on your separate invoice.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us with your shipping address and we will provide you with a detailed quote that includes the shipping, insurance, and international duties/taxes fees.

Is PayPal the only payment option?

Our secure and user-friendly cart system allows you to pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Take advantage of PayPal Credit and enjoy six months of interest-free payments!

If you would like to pay by check or money order, contact us for the appropriate mailing address.  Please note that the funds must clear before your order will be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Frame order cancellations made within 72 hours after the purchase date/time stamp will receive a full refund less PayPal fees incurred by us.  Cancellations after 72 hours may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss the matter.

Can I return my frame for a refund?
It is very important to us that you love your Binary frame.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to make an exchange or a return, please contact us describing your dissatisfaction, and let’s discuss the matter.  Return shipping, however, may be your responsibility.

Where are your frames made?

Our titanium frames are manufactured in China. Our frame designs feature unique combinations of curves and bends, and we work with one of three manufacturers depending on the design. Each manufacturer maintains high quality standards and takes pride in its craftsmanship. Each frame is individually handcrafted using seamless 3Al-2.5V (ASTM Grade 9) titanium alloy tubing with bosses and other fittings of 6Al-4V (ASTM Grade 5) titanium alloy.

We are in the prototype stages of developing steel frames handcrafted in Arizona. Sign up for our newsletter to receive all the details when they become available!

Do I need to lube the components during the build-up process?

We recommend using a light grease or Ti anti-seize between metal to metal contact to avoid galling and cold welding of the components.  Using an anti-slip grease on the seat post will help prevent slippage and the need to over-tighten seat clamps.

How should I clean my frame?

Although your titanium frame is noncorrosive, your other components are susceptible to corrosion.  We recommend using just a spray bottle with isopropyl alcohol or a light degreaser, such as Windex, Simple Green, etc. and a soft cloth.  Many times, plain water works just fine!  Of course, muddy situations may call for a more robust cleaning.  In that case, we recommend spraying the components with a water-displacer, such as WD-40, once you’re finished washing your bike.

How should I protect my frame?

Titanium is very tough, but we recommend using frame protector material on the driveside chainstay to prevent chain contact, and on the lower downtube for rock protection.
