Frames are finished and we have them in hand ready to ship within 2-3 business days.
Frames are finished but are located in our warehouse awaiting shipment. Processing may take 2-3 weeks for shipping.
Frames are actively in production. The approximate completion date will be noted when you choose your frame size from the dropdown menu on the product page.
Frame sizes that are not included in our batch production orders will need to be built-to-order. The current lead time is approximately 12 weeks.
As a small business in the process of expanding our in-stock inventory, we currently have frames in various stages of availability. This phased approach helps us balance immediate availability with long-term scalability. This strategic approach also helps us keep overhead costs lower, which enables passing significant savings on to our customers through lower pricing.
As we focus on efficiently scaling up our in-stock inventory, custom frame orders are currently unavailable. Please know that considerable thought has gone into our frame designs and their intended mission – each engineered with targeted features to maximize frame performance and enhance the riding experience for our customers.

International customers; please note that the payment will complete in USD and you may incur associated transaction fees and taxes.
To redeem a discount code, select the shopping bag icon to enter your shopping cart. Enter the code into the ‘Coupon Code’ box and click on ‘Apply Coupon’. If you proceed to checkout without entering your code you’ve gone too far and need to go back to your shopping cart. Unless otherwise noted, you can only use one promotional code per order.
Make sure you haven’t clicked through to the checkout before adding your coupon code, as it can only be entered while you’re in the shopping cart.
Some coupon codes are set to expire after a certain time, so it might be that you’re using an outdated code. Also, some of our codes are for single use so if you’ve used it already, you won’t be able to use it again.
Unless otherwise noted, coupon codes cannot be used on sale items, and you can’t use more than one code on a single order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and your payment has been processed successfully.
If you do not receive these emails, check your spam folder. Unfortunately, email clients such as Hotmail and Yahoo often consider emails from unfamiliar senders as junk mail. If you still can’t locate these emails, please let us know.
