Overview and Reviews

Behold the Gordita titanium fat bike – because who says bikes can’t have a bit of extra cushion?! Boasting the ability to accommodate both 26 x 4.6″ and 29 x 3″ wheelsets, the Gordita offers flexibility. You can easily customize the Gordita based on seasonal riding needs or personal preferences. The inclusion of sliding dropouts enhances adaptability, allowing you to fine-tune your setup with either conventional or UDH-compatible drivetrains.

But hold on to your Falken handlebars, because the Gordita titanium fat bike isn’t just a show-off – it’s a world traveler with trail cred! It already has an impressive track record in extreme environments. From the tundra of the Iditarod route in Alaska to the silty sands of the Camino del Diablo in southernmost Arizona, to the barren lands of Death Valley.  The Gordita has proven its resilience and reliability in the face of challenging conditions. It’s an ideal companion for those who crave self-powered big adventures, offering a reliable and robust platform for exploration.

The Gordita’s sporty geometry not only delivers on performance but also speaks to the preferences of those who seek the thrill of off-road exploration. Whether navigating through icy landscapes or conquering sandy deserts, this bike caters to the audacious bike explorer.  It’s a wise choice for those who prioritize versatility, durability, and a passion for self-sustained excursions!

  1. L. Crittenden

While as the saying goes, there’s always room for improvement, I am a little stumped as to how or where it can be done. The Gordita is deceivingly nimble, excellently balanced front to back, and although super stiff delivering all pedal force to the rear hub it still absorbs a lot of trail shock. Adding Ti bars can really hold off fatigue, giving you a very comfortable long hauler. And, the sweeping lines of the frame are just gorgeous. To top it all off, George and Jalene are fantastic to work with.

  • conventional sliding dropout inserts and titanium insert hardware
  • 35mm seat post clamp

Yes! While conventional sliding dropout inserts are traditionally provided with your frame, you can easily upgrade to Paragon SRAM UDH compatible inserts and axle.

The Gordita is designed to use a threaded 100mm BSA bottom bracket.

Any headset with a zero stack 44mm internal upper cup and a 44mm external lower cup should work just fine.

  • Lower: EC44
  • Upper: ZS44
  • Stem Clamp Diameter: 28.6 Threadless
