Greg –
My overall experience with Binary was great. I spoke with George about what I was looking for in a bike and answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I was able to make changes to the frame for my personal needs with no issues. I had many questions during the build process and George was quick to respond and was super helpful. The frame is spectacular and I am excited to get it put together.

Thank you, again, for making such a badass bike. I went on a few snow rides and my first real trail ride with this bike last night and it’s pretty insane. An absolute rocketship. I’m in love and I can’t thank you enough for making it happen.
Travis –
I was able to work with both George and Jalene on the production of my TI Super B frame-set. The customer service was great but the frame was even better. It’s a head turner.
Zachery Toone –
Great customer service to go along with an amazing bike.
Jeff –
Very good experience. Craftsmanship and customer care is excellent. The AZT head tube badge is a really nice touch for those of us who hold that in high regard.

I am loving my SuperB with the Rohloff setup. I have already done lots of miles on it and it is so comfortable. As others told me, Jalene and George are great to deal with.

I’m a keen New Zealand bike-packer, and for the last 4 years I’ve been riding a rigid steel-framed gravel bike. I wanted another bike for my collection (duh), something that’s lighter and with front suspension for the rougher bike-packing trails in the South Island. The Binary SuperB ticks all of my boxes and more, even though I’m not a racer. The medium geometry is great for me at 173cm/5’8″, 70kg/154lb, it suits Rohloff speed hubs, and the titanium is even lighter than I was expecting. It’s really fun and snappy to ride! I’ve never ridden a titanium frame before but now I get it: the SuperB is just so responsive. When going up short, sharp hills I don’t feel like I have to do any corrective steering, just point and go. And I feel really welded to the curves going down hill, which is new for me. Just brilliant.
I’ve always thought I wasn’t into looks – I like bikes that fit and are made well – but the SuperB’s minimalist frame design and slight bend in the bottom tube is *drool*.
Binary’s customer service has been excellent too – Jalene answered loads of questions in detail so I could make the best frame decision, and my SuperB arrived in New Zealand safe and sound.
